Paul and I kicked it off Friday night with dinner at TruFire enjoying the fire baked pizza and yummy martinis! We're exploring different restaurants in our new neighborhood! Loving Frisco so far and this place is a keeper!
Saturday we made use of our pool and leftover beer from Buffett. We had several friends over to grill out and enjoy the Texas sunshine! We were at the pool relaxing ALL DAY! Such bums!
That night we took our sunburned selves to our friends Catrina & Craigs for another BBQ (can you see the trend of this weekend...bbq?) They had a few couples over and we enjoyed lovely conversation, BBQ and LOTS of Sangria!!!
For Sunday (Funday!) we were invited to our friend Ann's where she was hosting a fabulous pool party at her house. It was hoppin - and it was great to catch up with several friends we haven't seen in awhile! It was HOT out and we made use of the pool floaties all day! Plus, the beer was awfully refreshing too...
After plenty of fun and sun at Ann's we stopped over at Dru & Michelle's where they were also hosting a BBQ -- already stuffed from the day we only stayed for a few beverages but it was so nice to see them again too!
Memorial Day came fast and Paul and I spent the day by our pool soaking up even more sun (we're both working on fabulous tans!) and that evening we had a few friends over to polish off the beer and grill food from the weekend.
We're so fortunate to have such wonderful friends! Looking forward to more "Sunday Fundays" bbq's, pool days and hopefully boating too this summer!!!
