First weekend in the new house!

After returning from Michigan we came back to a very busy week -- on Thursday, April 24th we closed on our first house! Everything went smoothly this time, hooray! And we got the keys on the spot...what an amazing feeling! Our realtor sent us a text when the funding went through that said "its all yours!" How sweet?!
We didn't waste any time moving ourselves in! That night Paul and Dustin loaded up SUV's and started bringing boxes over into the garage, (stopping for beer breaks after each load of course!) After I got done with spin class I joined them at the new pad for a rock creek lane christening (of coors light! ha ha!) and Paul carried me over the threshold! Friday was another big day of foot traffic -- locksmith, cleaning ppl, carpet cleaners, appliances delivered, etc. Then the big items were hauled over Saturday morning with the help of our sweet friends, Allen, Mitch & Dustin -- THANK YOU!!!!
By the time the afternoon rolled around, we decided we all needed a little pool time ;-) Here's a couple pics of our first dip in the new pool! ;-)
